Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions

Maximize Your Health is a FREE six week workshop for anyone with a chronic condition. This could include diabetes, mental health, heart disease, arthritis, lung disease, and other chronic health issues. Anyone can register themselves for a workshop; no referral from a health care professional is needed. Workshops are highly interactive and focus on the topics below.


The 6-week Programs are held in community locations throughout Mississauga and Halton region. Participants meet once a week for 2.5 hours for six consecutive weeks; in the same location.
