The Mississauga Halton (MH) Self Management Program is pleased to offer events for Health Care providers on further supporting Self Management Skills such as communication, behavior change theories and motivational interviewing. In the past the MH Self Management Program has supported a variety of Guest Speakers and hosted events such as Diversity and Inclusion and Health Literacy.
